Delivery time

After confirmation, the order enters the processing status. After order processing, you will be notified of your order status via email.

The order processing period is usually 2-3 working days. For all orders sent on Fridays and Weekends, the seller will contact you at the beginning of next week.

From that moment, delivery time is 3 working days for orders within Serbia and for orders worldwide delivery time depends of the country of delivery and local laws and the customs regulations of the same.

Receiving the shipment

Couriers of Daily Express (an external company that supplies goods for Ironfibre within Serbia), deliveries are delivered to the delivery address in the period from 8-18h. Please, at that time, ensure that at the address there is a person who can receive the shipment. When receiving the item, you need to visually inspect the package so that there are no visible damages. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may have been damaged, refuse the receipt of the shipment and inform us immediately by calling +381 65 84 46 846 or by e-mail office@ironfibre.com If the consignment appears to be free of damage, receive package and sign the courier form. The courier tries to deliver each shipment on two occasions. The usual practice is that if a courier does not find you at the address, he call you by the phone you left on the creation of an order book and arrange a new delivery date. If it does not find you at the address, then the shipment returns to us.

For international shipments, shipping conditions depend on local postal services.

Delivery price

Shipments on the territory of Serbia:

The delivery price for all orders exceeding RSD 5,000 is free!

The delivery price for all orders with a value lower than RSD 5,000 is 300rsd.

International shipments:

The price of the international shipping fee depends on the country in which it is shiped, the size and the price of the delivery.

International orders over 150 euro are free of charge!

Replace the size and replace the item for others

It is necessary that at that moment you have the number of the invoice / dispatch note along with you telling us the product code and the size that would suit you.

Also, if after the receive of the article you have determined that you want to replace it for another article of the same or higher price category, please contact us by calling the phone number +381 65 84 46 846 or send us an email to: online@ironfibre.com with your order number, product code, and the item code and size of the item for which you want to replace the originally ordered item.

After that, we are physically checking whether the desired item and size is available, after which you will receive instructions on your email address where you will be explained the whole process of replacing the size for the corresponding replacement item for the other.

The item can not be replaced of returned if it is worn, that is, during the return of the goods, it is obligatory to return it to the correct and unused condition and original packaging with undamaged labels.

Replacement deadline

The deadline for changing the size of the article is 14 days from the moment of submitting the request by the buyer, which has to be submited within 7 days after receiving the product.

Shipping costs

The cost of replacing goods and money is at the customer’s expense, except in cases where the customer receives a defective or wrong item.

The right to withdrawal

PROCEDURE FOR THE RETURN OF GOODS

 

Dear Customers, We would like to inform you that according to the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 62/2014), purchase through our sales website www.ironfibre.com is considered as distance selling.

The Remote Sales Act establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered to be a consumer (a physical person who purchases the product in order to meet his individual needs, not for the purpose of performing a professional activity), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the product was handed over to him . When withdrawing, the buyer may, but does not have to indicate the reasons why he withdraws.

The Form / Disclaimer statement produces a legal effect from the date it was sent to the trader.

In the event of a cancellation of a contract, the consumer is entitled to a refund or to a replacement for another product. The price is returned to the customer upon receipt of the product, and after it is determined that the product is undamaged and correct.

The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the date of sending the form for the cancellation. Upon expiration of 14 days from the date of dispatch, the product can no longer be returned.

When returning the goods, it is obligatory to return it in the correct and unused condition and originally undamaged packing, and the original bill must be attached.

After receiving the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for the damage of the product resulting from inadequate handling of the product, i.e. the buyer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the product resulting from the handling of goods in a way that is not adequate, that is, exceeding what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality. If it is determined that a defect or product damage has been caused by the fault of the buyer, the refund will be refused and the product will be returned to him at his expense.

The trader is obliged to return to the consumer without delay the amount paid by the consumer on the basis of the contract, and at the latest within 14 days from the day of the receipt of the statement of withdrawal, and after the receipt of the product.
