When receiving the item, please check your package in the presence of a courier. If there are visible damage on it (torn parts and grinding), the package should not be received. In the shortest possible time, and no later than 8 days from the date of receipt of the complaint in writing or by electronic, we will answer the consumer to the declared complaint and we will notify you of further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of registration of the same.
